Chakras

While I’m familiar with the concept of Chakras– I’ve never seen an image that so succinctly outlines specific issues and solutions.

My mind operates relatively scientifically. I get uncomfortable discussing topics like health without being able to shed light on basic functions and practical applications of that knowledge.

This image puts a lot in perspective. If you’re like me, you may be a tad bit skeptical about “chakra work.” This chart can AT LEAST provide us with a framework to help identify what aspects of us need “healing.” It gives us an organized approach to help us focus on one particular imbalance.  Most importantly, it suggests what we can put our energy toward to turn the tide!

Trying to overhaul our entire existence at once is overwhelming and unhealthy.
Just be mindful of how you feel. Pay attention to your body. Work on healing one wound at a time.
